MOVICOL Chocolate is an effective solution for relieving constipation in adults and children aged 2 years and older. It works by rehydrating the stool to restore comfortable bowel movements. This product contains macrogol 3350 combined with electrolytes, which helps prevent electrolyte imbalance and dehydration.
MOVICOL has a fourfold action:

Active ingredients per sachet (after preparation with 62.5 mL of water):
- Macrogol 3350: 6.563 g
- Sodium bicarbonate: 89.3 mg
- Sodium chloride: 175.4 mg
- Potassium chloride: 15.9 mg
This product contains 93.4 mg of sodium and 13 mg of potassium. It also includes 7.0 mg of benzyl alcohol and a chocolate flavoring that contains maltodextrin, acacia gum, vegetable oils, and fats.
Directions for Use
To prepare MOVICOL Chocolate:
- Open the sachet and pour the contents into a glass.
- Add 125 mL of water to the glass.
- Stir well until the powder has completely dissolved, resulting in a clear or slightly hazy solution, then drink it.
Storage & Warnings
Store MOVICOL below 25°C.
Do not take MOVICOL if you have any of the following conditions:
- An obstruction in the intestine
- A perforated gut wall
- Severe inflammatory bowel disease (such as ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease)
- Paralysis of the bowel
- An allergy to macrogol or any of the ingredients
Ensure adequate fluid intake is maintained, as the fluid from MOVICOL does not replace regular fluids. Discuss with your doctor if you are pregnant or if you are taking other medications that may interact with MOVICOL. If you need to thicken fluids to swallow safely, be aware that MOVICOL may counteract the thickening effect.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
