General Information
Movicol Flavour Free provides effective relief from constipation by rehydrating the stool, ensuring comfortable bowel movements. It contains macrogol 3350, a high molecular weight polymer that is non-toxic and pharmacologically inert. Macrogol attracts and retains water in the bowel, softening the stool. The electrolytes included in Movicol help to prevent electrolyte imbalance and dehydration.
Movicol has a fourfold action: it hydrates and bulks, softens, triggers natural bowel movement, and lubricates the stool. This product is free from lactose, gluten, and sucrose, making it suitable for adults over 12 years of age. Each box contains 30 sachets of 13.7g Movicol Flavour Free powder, with a shelf life of 1095 days. Movicol is also alcohol-free.

Active ingredients per sachet (after preparation to 125 mL):
- Macrogol 3350: 13.125 g
- Sodium bicarbonate: 178.6 mg
- Sodium chloride: 350.8 mg
- Potassium chloride: 50.2 mg
This product contains 187 mg of sodium and 26 mg of potassium.
Directions for Use
- Open the sachet and pour the contents into a glass.
- Add 125 mL of water into the glass.
- Stir well until all the powder is dissolved, resulting in a clear or slightly hazy solution, then drink it.
- You may add a flavor such as orange cordial if desired.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 25°C.
Do not use Movicol Flavour Free if your doctor has advised against it in cases of:
- An obstruction in the intestine
- A perforated gut wall
- Severe inflammatory bowel disease (e.g., ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease)
- Paralysis of the bowel
- An allergy to macrogol or any of the ingredients
Movicol Flavour Free is intended for adults and children aged 12 years and older. For children aged 2 to 11 years, the Movicol Junior range is available.
It is important to maintain adequate fluid intake as the fluid content of Movicol does not replace regular hydration. Laxatives like Movicol may interact with other medications, affecting their absorption. Patients should discuss this with their doctor, especially if pregnant or using fluid thickeners.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
