General Information
MOVICOL Chocolate offers effective relief from constipation by rehydrating the stool, thereby restoring comfortable bowel movements. This product contains macrogol 3350 combined with electrolytes, a non-toxic and pharmacologically inert polymer that attracts and retains water in the bowel for effective stool softening. The electrolytes help prevent electrolyte imbalance and dehydration. MOVICOL operates through a four-fold action: it hydrates and bulks, softens, triggers natural bowel movement, and lubricates the stool.
MOVICOL is suitable for adults over 12 years of age and is free from lactose, gluten, and sucrose. It is designed for the effective relief of constipation and the treatment of chronic constipation and medically diagnosed fecal impaction.
Each box contains 30 sachets of 13.9g MOVICOL Chocolate powder, with a shelf life of 1095 days.

Ingredients
Active ingredients per sachet (in 125 mL after preparation):
- Macrogol 3350: 13.125 g
- Sodium bicarbonate: 178.5 mg
- Sodium chloride: 350.7 mg
- Potassium chloride: 31.7 mg
Additional components include chocolate flavor and acesulfame potassium as a sweetener, which also contains maltodextrin, acacia gum, vegetable oils and fats, propylene glycol, benzyl alcohol, and sulfites. Each sachet contains 187 mg of sodium and 26 mg of potassium.
Directions for Use
- Open the sachet and pour the contents into a glass.
- Add 125 mL of water into the glass.
- Stir well until the powder has completely dissolved, resulting in a clear or slightly hazy solution, then consume.
- You may add a flavor, such as orange cordial, if desired.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 25°C.
Do not use MOVICOL Chocolate if you have been advised by your doctor that you have:
- An obstruction in your intestine (gut)
- A perforated gut wall
- Severe inflammatory bowel disease (e.g., ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, toxic megacolon)
- Paralysis of the bowel
- An allergy to macrogol or any of the ingredients
MOVICOL Chocolate is intended for use by adults and children aged 12 years and over. For children aged 2 to 11 years, the MOVICOL Junior range is available.
Please note that the fluid content of MOVICOL should not replace regular fluid intake, and adequate hydration must be maintained. Laxative products may interact with other medications, so monitoring is recommended when starting or stopping MOVICOL. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or if you require thickened fluids for safe swallowing, as MOVICOL may counteract the effect of thickeners.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
