    General Information

    This product serves as both a cleanser and bubble bath that is free from soap and SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate). Babies require cleansers for effective hygiene, as water alone may not adequately remove dirt and other substances. Many commercial wash products contain harsh synthetic detergents that can strip the skin of its natural oils, leading to dryness.

    While large bubbles are often produced by SLS, we take an alternative approach by using small amounts of five different natural cleansers. This combination is gentler on the skin compared to a single concentrated cleanser. Although the bubbles may not last as long as those from SLS, they can be refreshed by mixing the water. We have also included soothing ingredients like Colloidal Rice Bran, making this formula ideal for babies and even appealing for adult use.

      Damaged or Defective Items
      If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

      Non-Damaged Returns
      If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

      Restocking Fees
      Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
