Milton Anti-Bacterial Solution has over 70 years of experience in cold water sterilization of baby feeding equipment. This 500mL double concentration solution effectively kills 99.9% of germs and sterilizes in just 15 minutes. The solution remains effective for 24 hours and is safe to use, composed of 99% water and naturally occurring materials that align with body tissues and fluids.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients: 1.9% w/w available Chlorine from 2.0% w/w Sodium Hypochlorite.

Contains: Chlorine derived from 2.0% w/w Sodium Hypochlorite.

Directions for Use

For baby items, follow these steps:

  1. Clean: Wash bottles, teats, dummies, breastfeeding equipment and feeding utensils in warm soapy water, then rinse.
  2. Prepare Solution: Fill a Milton Combi or a plastic container with 4L of cold water and add 30mL (1 capful) of Milton Solution (1:133 ratio).
  3. Add Items: Submerge all items and remove air bubbles. After 15 minutes, rinse items with drinking water. Items can remain in the solution until needed, and new items can be added throughout the day. Renew the solution every 24 hours.

Storage & Warnings

Store at a temperature below 25°C.

Avoid contact with base metals and silverware, as the formula may discolor clothing and fabrics. Take care to avoid splashes, and always test on a small, non-visible surface first. DO NOT MIX WITH DETERGENTS OR OTHER CHEMICALS. Keep out of reach of children and do not use on therapeutic devices.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
