Ingredients
Each gram contains:
- Methyl Salicylate: 283 mg
- Eucalyptus Oil: 88 mg
- Menthol: 20 mg
Directions for Use
Apply a small amount of Metsal cream to the affected area 2-3 times a day. The cream penetrates the skin to provide pain relief without the need for vigorous rubbing.
- Before Sport: Apply before physical activity and ensure to warm up.
- During Sport: Use on sore muscles and joints to alleviate pain.
- After Sport: Apply to muscles and joints affected by sprains, strains, or soreness.

When Injured:
- Rest the injury for 48-72 hours.
- Apply ice to the area for 20 minutes every 2 hours.
- Wrap the injury with a compression bandage.
- Elevate the injured area to reduce swelling and pain.
- Recovery: Once swelling has subsided, apply Metsal Heat Rub Cream to muscles and joints.
Storage & Warnings
Do not use this product:
- On children under 2 years of age.
- If the product is past its expiry date.
While using this cream:
- For external use only.
- Avoid contact with eyes and open wounds or abrasions.
- Do not use heat lamps, heat pads, hot water bottles, or bandages on the treated area.
- If a rash or irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
