Metsal Heat Rub Cream is designed for temporary relief of pain associated with muscular aches and pains, including sprains, strains, arthritis, rheumatism, and lower back pain. Established in 1971, the Metsal brand has a long history of supporting Australians in both sporting and everyday activities. This cream is non-greasy, invisible, and non-staining.

Ingredients
Active Ingredients:
- Methyl Salicylate: 283 mg
- Eucalyptus Oil: 88 mg
- Menthol: 20 mg
Directions for Use
Apply a small quantity of Metsal Heat Rub Cream to the skin 2-3 times a day. The cream penetrates to provide relief from pain without the need for vigorous rubbing.
- Before Sport: Apply to warm up muscles.
- During Sport: Apply to sore muscles and joints.
- After Sport: Use to relieve pain from sprains, strains, and soreness.

When Injured:
- Rest the injury for 48-72 hours.
- Apply ice to the area for 20 minutes every 2 hours to reduce swelling.
- Wrap with a compression bandage.
- Elevate the injured area to reduce swelling.
- Recovery: Apply once swelling has subsided.
Storage & Warnings
Storage Instructions: Store below 30°C.
- For external use only.
- Avoid contact with eyes and open wounds or skin abrasions.
- Do not use heat lamps, heat pads, hot water bottles, or bandages.
- If rash or irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
- Do not use on children under 2 years of age.
- Avoid using past the expiry date.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
