Ingredients
Each 7g dose of Metamucil contains:
- Psyllium husk powder: 3.4g (providing 2.4g of soluble fibre)
Directions for Use
To use, simply add 7g (approximately 2 level teaspoons) of Metamucil to 250 mL of liquid. Stir briskly and drink promptly, ensuring to consume plenty of water.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in cases of medication-induced constipation or if abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present. Consult a doctor before use if you experience a sudden change in bowel habits persisting for 2 weeks, rectal bleeding, or if pregnant or nursing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek medical attention immediately.
Consult a doctor if constipation persists beyond 7 days. Use caution if taking this product as part of a cholesterol maintenance program. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus, leading to choking. If you are on prescribed medication, take this product at least 2 hours before or after to minimize interaction effects.
Allergy alert: May cause an allergic reaction in individuals sensitive to psyllium. Phenylketonurics should note that this product contains phenylalanine and sugars.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
