Ingredients
Active Ingredients: Psyllium husk powder 3.4 g per 5.8 g dose.
Contains aspartame. Individuals with phenylketonuria should be aware that this product contains phenylalanine.
Directions for Use
To use, simply add 5.8 g (approximately 1½ teaspoons) of Metamucil to 250 mL of liquid. Stir briskly and drink promptly. It is important to drink plenty of water.
Storage & Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in cases of medication-induced constipation, or when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present. Avoid use if you develop diarrhea or have difficulty swallowing. Consult a doctor before using this product if you experience a sudden change in bowel habits lasting for 2 weeks, have rectal bleeding, or are pregnant or nursing.
Seek immediate medical attention if you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking this product. Consult a doctor if constipation persists beyond 7 days or if you are considering this product as part of a cholesterol maintenance program.
In case of overdose, seek professional help or contact a Poison Information Centre immediately. If the mixture thickens, add more water and stir. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block the throat or esophagus, potentially leading to choking. Bulk fibre may affect the absorption of other medications; take this product at least 2 hours before or after prescribed medications.
As your body adjusts to increased fibre intake, you may experience changes in bowel habits or minor bloating. Allergy alert: may cause an allergic reaction in individuals sensitive to psyllium.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
