Ingredients
Each capsule contains 525mg of psyllium husk powder. Note that the product contains sulfites.
Directions for Use
Take each dose with a 250 mL glass of water. Drink plenty of water. Swallow one capsule at a time and take in an upright position.
Storage & Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in cases of medication-induced constipation. Avoid use if experiencing abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. In case of overdose, seek professional help or contact a Poison Information Centre immediately. This product is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Consult a doctor if you have a sudden change in bowel habits lasting more than 2 weeks, have rectal bleeding, or if you are pregnant or nursing. If constipation persists for more than 7 days, consult a doctor. This product may affect the absorption of other medicines; take it at least 2 hours before or after other medications. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block the throat or esophagus, potentially causing choking. An allergy alert is in place for those sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
