Ingredients
The bandages are made from:
- Cellulose pulp
- Silicone oil
- Glassine (PE)
- Acrylic adhesive
- PE mixture
- Absorbent pad (PE)
Directions for Use
- Clean Your Hands: Wash your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer to prevent infection.
- Clean the Wound: Gently clean the wound with mild soap and water. Pat it dry with a clean cloth or sterile gauze.
- Choose the Right Bandage: Select a bandage size and shape that fully covers the wound and extends beyond its edges.
- Apply the Bandage: Peel off the backing of the adhesive bandage. Place the padded part over the wound, ensuring the adhesive does not stick to the wound itself. Smooth down the edges to secure it in place.
- Check the Fit: Ensure the bandage is snug but not too tight to avoid restricting blood flow.
- Monitor the Wound: Check the bandage regularly and replace it if it becomes wet, dirty, or loose. Change the bandage daily or as needed.
- Remove the Bandage: Carefully peel back the adhesive edges and slowly remove the bandage to avoid reopening the wound.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place. The bandages are sterile unless the individual wrapper is opened or damaged. Ensure skin is clean and dry before using. Change dressing daily and use each bandage only once. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
Indications
- Cuts or Scrapes: Protect minor cuts and abrasions from dirt, bacteria, and further injury.
- Blisters: Prevent blisters from breaking or becoming infected, especially in friction-prone areas.
- Small Burns: Cover minor burns to protect the area and prevent infection.
- Insect Bites or Stings: Covering the area can help protect it from scratching and reduce the risk of infection.
