General Information
Medi Gel is a 4 in 1 wound care hydrogel designed to form a protective barrier that promotes faster healing for minor wounds. It is suitable for use on cuts, abrasions, lacerations, chafed skin, cracked skin, minor burns, and sunburn. The gel is easy to apply and does not cause stinging upon application.

Ingredients
The active ingredients in Medi Gel include:
- Purified water
- Stearyl alcohol ester
- Carbomer
- Cetearyl alcohol ester
- Carnosine

Directions for Use
Before applying Medi Gel, wash hands thoroughly. Follow the instructions based on the type of wound:
For Small Wounds:
- Clean and disinfect the wound.
- If necessary, gently pat dry with sterile gauze.
- Apply a thin layer of Medi Gel without touching the container to the wound, once or twice a day.
- Allow the gel to remain on the skin without rubbing it in.
- If needed, cover with a new bandage.
For Superficial Burns:
- Cool the wound immediately under lukewarm running water for twenty minutes.
- Apply a thin layer of Medi Gel once or twice a day without touching it with the container.
- Allow the gel to remain on the skin without rubbing it in.
- Cover with a new bandage as necessary.
For Sunburn and Irritated Skin:
- Clean the affected area.
- Apply a thin layer of Medi Gel once or twice a day without touching it with the container.
- Allow the gel to remain on the skin without rubbing it in.
- Cover with a new bandage if needed.
Read the instructions for use carefully. Store the product between 5 and 25°C.
Storage & Warnings
Do not use Medi Gel if you have a hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients. In rare cases, irritation may occur. If you experience irritation or an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately. Medi Gel should not be applied to the face, eyes, eyelids, or mucous membranes. It is not suitable for large grazes (over 20 cm²). For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store product between 5 and 25°C.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
