Directions for Use

  • Combine the colouring cream with the developer and shake well to mix.
  • Apply the mixture to your hair, starting from the roots and working through the lengths and ends. Leave for 30 minutes.
  • Rinse your hair until the water runs clear. Use the Gentle pH Purple Shampoo to eliminate excess residue.
  • Apply a small amount of the Anti-Brass Purple Mask. Leave in for 3 minutes, then rinse. Use the mask weekly until your next color application to maintain anti-brass results.

Storage & Warnings

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Follow all safety instructions on the packaging. Conduct a patch test 48 hours before use to check for any allergic reactions.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
