Shipping
We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Items are shipped via Australia Post or a courier service, depending on their size and weight. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
- Metro areas: 1–3 business days
- Regional areas: 4–6 business days
Important Delivery Notes
- Delivery is only available within Australia; we do not ship internationally.
- We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
- Couriers will deliver to the property entrance and may require assistance unloading.
- Deliveries occur during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) only.
- If no one is home, packages may be left without a signature where authorized.
- For customers in remote areas, items may need to be collected from the nearest freight depot.
Your Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate delivery details at checkout. Changes to the delivery address after this point cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply for redelivery if the order is undeliverable due to incorrect information.

Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:
- Submit a return request within 30 days of purchase.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original saleable condition.
- All original packaging and components must be included.
Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or special-order items.
- Clearance items.
Return Authorisation
Contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number before returning any items. Unidentified returns may not be accepted or processed.
Packaging Returned Items
Ensure returned products are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items returned without secure packaging.
Additional Return Conditions
- All returns require a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition.
- Used, damaged, or modified products may be rejected.
- Customers are responsible for return delivery costs if a return is rejected.
Refunds & Applicable Costs
Refunds are assessed case-by-case in line with our policy and Australian Consumer Law.
Approved Refunds
Refunds for approved cancellations and change-of-mind returns will be issued less any direct costs incurred, including:
- Outbound shipping costs.
- Return freight costs (if applicable).
- Transaction fees charged to us.
- Restocking or handling fees (if applicable).
Delivery Issues & Return to Sender
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, return freight costs may be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 10–14 business days. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
No exceptions!
Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Grocery items
- Undergarments
- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
