Storage & Warnings

Avoid storage with oxidizers. Keep away from heat, ignition sources, and naked lights. Ensure the product is stored in a dry environment.

Shipping Information

We strive to process and dispatch all orders quickly. Orders will be shipped via Australia Post or a courier service, depending on the size and weight of the item. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Metro areas: 1–3 business days
  • Regional areas: 4–6 business days

Important Delivery Notes

  • Delivery is available within Australia only; we do not ship internationally.
  • We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
  • Couriers deliver to the property entrance only.
  • Delivery occurs during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) only.
  • If no one is home and safe to do so, the courier may leave the package without a signature.
  • Authority to Leave (ATL) instructions are the customer's responsibility; we are not liable for loss or theft after delivery.
  • Customers in remote areas may need to collect their order from the nearest freight depot.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Changes to your delivery address after checkout cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Returns Policy

Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified before they are sent to the warehouse for picking and packing. Once an order is in processing, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Returns Policy.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, please note the following conditions apply:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original saleable condition with all original packaging and components included.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care and consumable items
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance items

Return Authorisation

Refunds

Refunds are assessed case-by-case and will be processed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days.

Returns & Refunds

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
