Ingredients
Water, Polysorbate 20, Disodium Phosphate, Lauryl Glucoside, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Phosphate, PVP, Disodium EDTA, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Caprylic/Capric Triglycerides, Glycerin.
Directions for Use
For effective cleansing, follow these steps:
- Use a separate sterilized wipe for each eye.
- Tear open the sachet and unfold the wipe.
- Wipe from the inner corner of the eye (next to the nose) toward the outer corner.
- Use a clean area of the wipe to avoid rubbing cleaned drainage back across the eye.
- Clean between the lashes and the sides of the eyelid. Do not wipe along the inner eyelid.
- Dispose of the wipe in a suitable container after use and wash your hands.
For warm compress use, place the sachet in a cup of warm water for a few minutes. For cold compress use, place the sachet in the refrigerator for a few minutes. Do not use if the sachet is open, damaged, or marked.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage
