Directions for Use
- Lather a small amount with water in the palm of your hand.
- Apply to the face using your fingertips, starting between the eyebrows and working towards the hairline. Repeat gently three times.
- Using the palms of your hands flat against the skin, smooth over the face starting from the chin up to the nose, then dab outward before returning to the chin. Repeat gently three times.
- Rinse with water and gently pat dry with a towel.
For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place. Ensure the product is kept out of reach of children. Use only as directed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
