The Effaclar +M Purifying Foaming Gel Cleanser by La Roche-Posay is specially formulated for acne-prone skin. It incorporates the active ingredient Phylobioma, designed to address the underlying causes of blemishes. This foaming gel helps purify the skin while ensuring the maintenance of its natural pH balance. Its lightweight gel texture transforms into a white foam upon application, effectively cleansing the skin without causing dryness. Suitable for oily and sensitive skin.

Directions for Use
- Wet your face with lukewarm water to open pores.
- Dispense a small amount of Effaclar +M Foaming Gel Cleanser.
- Gently massage into the skin to create a lather, using circular motions on your forehead, nose, chin, and neck.
- Rinse thoroughly with water.
- For best results, follow with Effaclar DUO+M Anti-Acne Moisturiser to target pimples and help prevent future breakouts.
This cleanser can be used every morning and/or evening, or 1-3 times a week as a purifying pore cleanser.
Storage & Warnings
Validity after opening: 12 months. Always refer to the manufacturer's instructions for storage and usage.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
