Directions for Use
- Take one soft gel sheet and remove the transparent film.
- Firmly affix the cooling gel surface to the desired body part.
- If necessary, cut the Kool 'n' Soothe gel sheet to a suitable size with scissors.
- The gel sheet does not stick to hair, eyebrows, or wet skin.
- For hygiene and effectiveness, use only once.
- Reapplication may reduce adhesive properties of the gel sheet.
- To keep the unused sheets fresh, tightly fold the pouch twice along the dotted line after opening.
Storage & Warnings
For external use only. Not for consumption. This product is not a medicine but provides targeted immediate cooling relief to alleviate discomfort during fever. If fever persists, consult a doctor. Seek medical attention if your child experiences a headache, rash, or sustained high temperature. Discontinue use and see a doctor if any irritation, such as swelling or rashes, occurs during or after application. Avoid using on irritated or injured skin, including cuts, eczema, rashes, burns, sunburn, or thermal injuries. Use only as directed and promptly after opening, as the cooling effect gradually decreases. Not suitable for children under 2 years. Store out of reach of children and those unable to use the product safely.
Due to the risk of suffocation or choking, supervision is required for those who cannot remove the product by themselves, such as babies, infants, children, or individuals with physical disabilities. To prevent suffocation, do not cover the mouth or nostrils.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
