Directions for Use
- Take one soft gel sheet.
- Remove the transparent film and firmly affix the cooling gel surface to the desired body part.
- If necessary, cut the gel sheet to a suitable size with scissors.
- The gel sheet will not stick to hair, eyebrows, or wet skin.
- For hygiene and effectiveness, use the sheet once only.
- Reapplication may reduce adhesive properties.
- To keep the unused sheet fresh, tightly fold the pouch twice along the dotted line after opening.
Storage & Warnings
For external use only. Not to be ingested. This product provides targeted immediate cooling relief to alleviate discomfort from fever. If fever persists, consult a doctor. Seek medical advice if your child experiences a headache, rash, or if their temperature remains high. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if any irritation, such as swelling or rashes, occurs during or after application. Do not use on irritated or injured skin (e.g., cuts, eczema, rashes, burns, sunburn, thermal injury).
Use only as directed and promptly after opening, as the cooling effect gradually decreases. Not suitable for children under 2 years. Store away from children and individuals who cannot safely use the product. Supervision is required for those unable to remove the product independently, such as babies, infants, and physically disabled individuals. To prevent suffocation, do not cover mouth or nostrils.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
