Ingredients
Active ingredients per hard capsule:
- Ascophyllum nodosum blade and stem powder: 211.11 mg (equivalent to Iodine 190 micrograms)
- Fucus vesiculosus extract (dry concentration): 50 mg (from whole plant dry 1 g, equivalent to Iodine 10 micrograms)
- Total Iodine: 200 micrograms
- Zinc amino acid chelate: 50 mg (equivalent to Zinc 10 mg)
This formula does not contain egg, milk, peanut, or sesame products, and does not include artificial colors. However, traces of crustacea, mollusc, and fish may be present due to the marine environment.
Directions for Use
Adults should take one capsule daily with water, preferably after breakfast or as directed by a health professional. The maximum dosage is one hard capsule per day, and it is strongly advised to take this formula on a full stomach.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Do not use if tamper evident seals are broken or missing. We recommend that you do not take both Hair + Energy and Hair + Libido vitamins simultaneously due to iodine content.
Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Consult your doctor if you have a thyroid condition, are taking thyroid medications, or believe you may be sensitive to iodine. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if you experience tiredness, increased heart rate, nervousness, sleeplessness, muscle cramps, or hair loss. This product should not be used if pregnant, breastfeeding, or likely to become pregnant.
This product contains galactose, crustacea, mollusc, and fish. Please recycle the packaging responsibly.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
