Each capsule contains:
- Alpha Galactosidase: 1200iu
- Xylose Isomerase: 7500iu
- Lactase: 10,000FCC
- Invertase: 500iu
- Excipients: Calcium Carbonate

Directions for Use
For adults: Take one capsule with liquid (or open the capsule and mix contents with food or liquid) immediately before consuming any product that contains lactose, fructose, sucrose, fructans, or galactans (GOS). The effects last approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
The maximum recommended dosage is 15 capsules per day. In cases of severe food intolerance, it may be safe to take 2 to 3 capsules if one capsule does not provide sufficient relief, though this is typically not necessary.
For children aged 2 years and above: The powder is nearly tasteless and has a mild texture, making it suitable for mixing into food or drinks. The dosage for children should be proportional to their food intake; approximately half of a capsule's contents may be suitable for a meal half the size of an adult portion. For children under 2 years, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place. This product is not intended to modify the underlying cause of food intolerances but serves as a supplementary aid to support digestion when needed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
