General Information
Our 20,000 FCC tablets are designed for individuals with lactose intolerance. This product contains the enzyme lactase and should be taken at the time of consuming meals or drinks that contain lactose.

Ingredients
Each tablet contains:
- Lactase 20,000 FCC
- Filler: Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose
- Gloss: Magnesium stearate
Directions for Use
For adults: Swallow a quarter to one tablet immediately before eating or drinking products containing lactose. The effect lasts approximately 30 to 45 minutes, with a maximum of 10 tablets per day.
For children (ages 2 and above): The dose is proportional to food intake. Approximately a quarter to half a tablet is recommended for a food portion that is a quarter to half the size of a standard adult portion. Please seek professional guidance for children under 2 years. A liquid option is also available in 14mL or 100mL.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a dry environment away from sunlight and at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children.
This product is not intended to treat the underlying cause of lactose intolerance, but it can assist with the digestion of lactose-containing foods. It is advisable to follow a balanced diet and consult a dietitian for managing food intolerances.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
