Instant Ice is a non-refrigerated instant ice pack designed for immediate first aid. This product is suitable for treating scalds and minor burns, providing relief from headaches and migraines, and alleviating discomfort. Please note that Instant Ice is a single-use product and cannot be reused.

Ingredients

The inner contents of the Instant Ice pack can be harmful if ingested or if they come into direct contact with skin or eyes.

Directions for Use

  1. Locate the inner liquid sachet within the product.
  2. Squeeze firmly to rupture the sachet.
  3. Shake to mix the contents until the pack is cold.
  4. For treating strains, sprains, bumps, or bruises, apply within 5 minutes of injury for 20 to 30 minutes. Repeat as needed with a fresh pack every 2 to 3 hours while awake for the next 24 to 48 hours.
  5. Allow the skin to return to normal temperature between treatments.

Storage & Warnings

Precautions:

  • Use only as directed and for external use only.
  • Misuse or prolonged contact with the skin may cause frostbite.
  • Wrap the product with a towel if using directly on the skin for extended periods or if the area feels too cold.
  • Discontinue use if the area feels numb or uncomfortably cold.
  • Use with careful supervision for children under 12, the elderly, and physically disabled individuals. Not suitable for children under 1 year.
  • If swallowed, drink water and seek medical attention.
  • Do not open, cut, or pierce the product.
  • Avoid excessive pressure on the product.
  • Do not eat the product.
  • Do not use if you have nerve damage or sensory impairment.
  • Avoid using on areas where cold sensation is absent.
  • Do not refrigerate or freeze the product, and do not attempt to reuse it by refrigerating.
  • Avoid using while sleeping.
  • Do not apply over creams, rubs, or lotions on the skin.

Returns & Refunds

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
