Ingredients

Each heat patch contains iron, which activates upon exposure to air.

Directions for Use

  1. Tear open the pouch when ready to use.
  2. Peel away the paper to reveal the adhesive side. Place it on the pain area with the adhesive against the skin. Ensure it is attached firmly without overlapping the heat cells.
  3. It may take up to 30 minutes to reach its therapeutic temperature.
  4. For maximum effectiveness, wear for up to 8 hours. Do not exceed this duration in any 24-hour period.
  5. Place the wrap flat against your skin. Avoid folding or bunching the patch to minimize the risk of burns.

Storage & Warnings

This product may cause burns. Please take the following precautions:

  • Keep out of reach of children, infants, and pets.
  • Do not microwave the patches.
  • May cause skin irritation, redness, or minor burns in those with sensitive skin or if misused.
  • Avoid wearing while sleeping.
  • Check your skin frequently (approximately every hour) during use.
  • Consult a doctor before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or if you are pregnant.
  • If irritation or burns occur, remove the product immediately.
  • The contents inside each cell can be harmful if swallowed; if ingested, rinse mouth and seek immediate assistance from a poisons information center.
  • If the contents come into contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water.
  • Never heat the product in a microwave or attempt to reheat it, as this may cause fire hazards.

While using this product:

  • If the temperature feels uncomfortable, or if you notice irritation, rash, or burns, remove the product immediately.
  • If the product feels too hot, stop use or wear it over clothing.
  • Avoid applying additional pressure on the product and do not wear tight clothing over it to ensure airflow.
  • Remove the product before MRI examinations.

Do not use the product if:

  • The heat cell contents leak or the wrap is damaged or torn.
  • You exceed 8 hours of use in a 24-hour period.
  • You are using pain rubs, medicated lotions, creams, or ointments.
  • You have unhealthy, damaged, or broken skin.
  • You have bruising or swelling that occurred within the last 48 hours.
  • You cannot feel heat in the application area.
  • You are using other forms of heat simultaneously.
  • The user is unable to remove the product, including children, infants, and some elderly individuals.
  • The user cannot follow all usage instructions.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
