General Information
Hydralyte Electrolyte Powder in Orange flavour is designed to alleviate symptoms of dehydration and help replenish lost water and electrolytes due to various conditions such as vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise, and occasional hangovers.
Dehydration can result from:
- Vomiting and diarrhoea
- Heat
- Travel
- Vigorous exercise
- Heavy sweating
- Occasional hangovers
- Heat and excessive exercise at work
Signs of mild to moderate dehydration include increased thirst, dry mouth, lethargy, decreased urine output, and dark yellow urine.
This product offers an optimal balance of glucose and electrolytes for rapid rehydration and is suitable for use during pregnancy and for children.
It contains no added gluten, artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.
Each box contains 10 sachets of oral powder and a 200 mL measuring cup.

Ingredients
Active ingredients (per 4.9g sachet in 200 mL):
- Glucose: 2.9g
- Citric Acid: 873mg
- Sodium (from sodium chloride): 205mg
- Potassium (from potassium citrate): 159mg
This product contains sugars, sucralose, and sulfites. Each 200 mL dose contains 205 mg of sodium and 159 mg of potassium.
Allergen information: Contains sugars and sulfites. Free from preservatives.
Directions for Use
- Fill the measuring cup with 200 mL of fresh, cold drinking water. For infants under 6 months, use freshly boiled and cooled water.
- Pour the contents of one sachet into the 200 mL of water and stir until the powder is fully dissolved.
- Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist.
- Discard any unused solution after 2 hours or 24 hours if refrigerated.
- Do not mix with cordial, fruit juice, soft drinks, or sports drinks.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 30°C.
Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists for:
- More than 6 hours in infants under 6 months
- More than 12 hours in children under 3 years
- More than 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years
- More than 48 hours in children over 6 years and adults
This product contains 205 mg of sodium and 159 mg of potassium per 200 mL dose. Use only as directed, and consult a health professional if symptoms persist.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
