Directions for Use
For individuals aged 13 years and older:
- For a small scoop, mix into 200 mL of water.
- For a large scoop, mix into 600 mL of water.
- One full tub makes up to 30 litres.
Hydration recommendations:
- Before & After Physical Activity: Consume 200-400 mL within 2 hours before and after activity.
- During Physical Activity:
- Low to moderate intensity: 200-400 mL every hour.
- High intensity or profuse sweating: 400-800 mL every hour.
Maximum Daily Dose: Based on body weight:
- Less than 60 kg: Up to 3 doses of 600 mL per day during activity.
- More than 60 kg: Up to 5 doses of 600 mL per day during activity, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Shake the container before use and store below 30°C. Use within 4 months of opening.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
