Hydralyte Electrolyte Powder in a refreshing Lemonade flavour is designed to alleviate symptoms of dehydration by restoring lost fluids and electrolytes. It is effective in various situations such as vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise, and occasional hangovers.

Common causes of dehydration include:

Symptoms of mild to moderate dehydration may include increased thirst, dry mouth, lethargy, reduced urine output, and dark yellow urine.

It contains no added gluten, artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.

Each box contains 10 sachets of oral powder along with a 200 mL measuring cup.

Ingredients

Active ingredients per 4.9g sachet (200 mL):

  • Glucose: 2.9g
  • Citric Acid: 873mg
  • Sodium (from Sodium Chloride): 205mg
  • Potassium (from Potassium Citrate): 159mg

This product contains sugars, sucralose, and sulfites. Each 200 mL dose provides 207 mg of sodium and 157 mg of potassium.

Allergen information: Contains sugars and sulfites, but is free from preservatives.

Directions for Use

  1. Fill a cup with 200 mL of fresh, cold drinking water. For infants under 6 months, use freshly boiled and cooled water.
  2. Pour the contents of one sachet into the water and stir until dissolved.
  3. Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist.
  4. Discard any unused solution after 2 hours, or 24 hours if refrigerated.
  5. Avoid mixing Hydralyte with cordial, fruit juice, soft drinks, or sports drinks.

Storage & Warnings

Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C.

Seek medical attention if vomiting or diarrhoea lasts longer than:

  • 6 hours in infants under 6 months
  • 12 hours in children under 3 years
  • 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years
  • 48 hours in children over 6 years and adults

This product contains 205 mg of sodium per 200 mL dose and 159 mg of potassium per dose. Use only as directed, and consult a health professional if symptoms persist.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Supplier Information

    Shipping Damage

    Altered or Incomplete Returns

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
