Hydralyte Electrolyte Ice Blocks in Watermelon flavour are designed to alleviate symptoms of dehydration and assist in replenishing water and electrolytes lost due to various factors such as vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise, and occasional hangovers.
These ice blocks are suitable for paediatric use and can also be consumed during pregnancy.

Ingredients
Active ingredients per 62.5mL Ice Block:
- Glucose monohydrate: 1g
- Citric acid monohydrate: 300mg
- Sodium (from Sodium chloride): 61.5mg
- Potassium (from Potassium Citrate): 50mg
Contains sugars, sucralose, tartrazine, sodium benzoate, and potassium sorbate.
Each ice block provides 54mg of potassium and 77mg of sodium.
Directions for Use
- Place Hydralyte Ice Blocks in the freezer.
- Once frozen, cut open one end with clean scissors.
- Push the frozen Hydralyte Ice Block from the uncut end.
- Suck small amounts until fully consumed.
Hydralyte Ice Blocks may also be consumed unfrozen. However, Hydralyte Ready to Use Solution is recommended for convenience.
Recommended dosages:
- Under 12 months: 1 Ice Block every 60 mins, max 16 per day
- 1-3 years: 1 Ice Block every 60 mins, max 24 per day
- 3-6 years: 1 Ice Block every 60 mins, max 32 per day
- 6-12 years: 2 Ice Blocks every 60 mins, max 43 per day
- 12 years and older: 3 Ice Blocks every 60 mins, max 64 per day
Storage & Warnings
Store below 30°C.
Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists for more than:
- 6 hours in infants under 6 months
- 12 hours in children under 3 years
- 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years
- 48 hours in children over 6 years and adults
Use as directed. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
