Contains sugars, sucralose, and mannitol. Each 200 mL dose includes 156 mg of potassium and 276 mg of sodium.
Directions for Use
- Remove 2 tablets from the tube and securely replace the cap.
- Dissolve the tablets in 200 mL of fresh, cold drinking water. For infants under 6 months, use freshly boiled and cooled water.
- Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist.
- Discard any unused solution after 2 hours or 24 hours if refrigerated.
- Do not mix Hydralyte with cordial, fruit juice, soft drinks, or sports drinks. Always dissolve in water and do not place tablets directly in the mouth.
Recommended dosage for dehydration due to vomiting and diarrhea:
- Under 12 months: 2-4 tablets in the first 6 hours; maximum 10 per day.
- 1-3 years: 4-6 tablets in the first 6 hours; maximum 14 per day.
- 3-6 years: 6-8 tablets in the first 6 hours; maximum 20 per day.
- 6-12 years: 8-14 tablets in the first 6 hours; maximum 26 per day.
- 12 years and older: 12-20 tablets in the first 6 hours; maximum 40 per day.
For dehydration due to other causes, drink Hydralyte when feeling thirsty or showing signs of dehydration.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 30°C. Do not use if the cap seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.
Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhea persists for:
- 6 hours in infants under 6 months
- 12 hours in children under 3 years
- 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years
- 48 hours in children over 6 years and adults
Contains 156.5 mg of potassium and 276 mg of sodium per 200 mL dose. If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medications, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage
