Hydralyte Ready to Use Electrolyte Solution in Apple Blackcurrant flavour is designed to relieve symptoms of dehydration and helps replenish water and electrolytes lost due to various causes such as vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise, and occasional hangovers.
Dehydration may occur due to the following:
- Vomiting and diarrhoea
- Heat
- Travel
- Vigorous exercise
- Heavy sweating
- Occasional hangovers
- Excessive heat and exercise at work
Signs of mild dehydration include a sticky or dry mouth, increased thirst, lethargy, decreased urine output, and dark yellow urine.
This product is suitable for children and safe for use during pregnancy.

Ingredients
Active ingredients per 100 mL:
- Glucose monohydrate: 1.6 g
- Citric Acid monohydrate: 480 mg
- Sodium from Sodium chloride: 98 mg
- Potassium from Potassium citrate: 80 mg
This product contains sugars, sucralose, sodium benzoate, and potassium sorbate. It provides 86 mg of potassium and 106 mg of sodium per 100 mL dose.
Allergen Information: Free from gluten.
Directions for Use
1. Do not dilute. Sip slowly.
2. Refrigerate after opening and discard after 1 month.
Recommended dosage for dehydration due to vomiting and diarrhoea:
- Under 12 months: 100 mL every 90 minutes, maximum 1000 mL per day
- 1-3 years: 100 mL every 90 minutes, maximum 1400 mL per day
- 3-6 years: 100 mL every 60 minutes, maximum 2000 mL per day
- 6-12 years: 100 mL every 30 minutes, maximum 2600 mL per day
- 12 years and older: 200 mL every 30 minutes, maximum 4000 mL per day
For dehydration due to other causes, drink Hydralyte when thirsty or when signs of dehydration appear. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 30°C. Do not freeze. Do not use if the cap seal is broken.
Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists for more than:
- 6 hours in infants under 6 months
- 12 hours in children under 3 years
- 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years
- 48 hours in children over 6 years and adults
This product contains 86 mg of potassium and 106 mg of sodium per 100 mL dose, with a total quantity of sodium per maximum daily dose being 4.2 g. Use only as directed, and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
