Directions for Use
- Prepare the Nappy Pants: Ensure you have the correct size and gently stretch the waistband to prepare for changing.
- Position the Baby: While your baby is lying down or standing (if able), gently lift each leg and slide the nappy pants on like underwear.
- Adjust the Fit: Pull the waistband up to sit comfortably around the baby's waist, ensuring a snug but not tight fit.
- Check the Leg Cuffs: Ensure the leg cuffs are pulled outwards to help prevent leaks.
- Remove and Dispose: Tear the sides to remove the nappy pants, roll them up, and use the built-in tape to secure before disposing in a bin.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
