Directions for Use
- Prepare the Nappy: Lay the nappy flat with the tabs at the back and ensure the inner lining is facing up.
- Position the Baby: Place the baby gently on the nappy, aligning the back edge with their waist.
- Bring the Front Up: Pull the front of the nappy up between the baby's legs to cover their tummy.
- Secure the Tabs: Fasten the tabs to the front for a snug but comfortable fit.
- Check the Fit: Ensure the nappy is secure around the waist and legs, with leg cuffs pulled outwards to prevent leaks.
- Use the Wetness Indicator: Check the indicator line on the front of the nappy for a color change, indicating when the nappy is wet.
- Dispose Properly: Unfasten the tabs, roll up the nappy, secure it with the tabs, and dispose of it in a bin.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
