Directions for Use

To use, open the packet and expose the pad to air. Peel off the backing and place the adhesive side of the pad on your clothing where you desire heat. The pad will gradually heat up. Remove gently after use.

- Keep Hotteeze out of reach of children and pets.
- Hotteeze is meant for temporary heat application; do not use on new injuries. Consult a health professional if symptoms persist.
- Not intended for use by individuals with limited physical, sensory, or mental abilities unless supervised.
- Only healthy individuals should use heat pads. Not recommended for pregnant women near the foetus, or individuals with diabetes, or circulatory or nervous disorders. Consult a doctor if uncertain.
- Do not apply Hotteeze directly to the skin; only use it over clothing. Ensure proper air flow for optimal performance, and avoid sensitive fabrics.
- Check skin regularly while using; discontinue use immediately if you experience burning sensations or redness.
- Avoid contact with frostbite, moles, scars, or any irritated or damaged skin.
- If the contents contact the eyes, wash with water for 15 minutes and seek medical assistance.
- Do not ingest; rinse mouth with water if swallowed and seek medical help.
- Avoid using while sleeping, exercising, or near heat sources.
- Do not microwave or reheat. Do not shake, rub, or puncture the pad.
- Check the use-by date on the package.
- Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight.
- For disposal, once cooled, place in non-combustible waste. The contents can be used as soil conditioner; sprinkle in gardens or pots carefully, out of reach of children and pets.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
