Directions for Use
Before using, please read the full Instructions for Use included with the product.
To activate, open the packet and expose the pad to air. Gently squeeze the pad 5 or 6 times to initiate heat, then place it in pockets or gloves. The pad will gradually heat up.
Storage & Warnings
Please read all safety warnings provided with the product before use.
- Keep Hotteeze out of reach of children and pets.
- Not suitable for individuals with limited physical, sensory, or mental abilities unless supervised.
- Only healthy individuals should use the heat pad. Not recommended for pregnant women or those with diabetes or circulatory issues; consult a doctor if unsure.
- Do not tape or secure Hotteeze to your skin, and avoid wearing tight gloves.
- Check skin regularly for any signs of burns or irritation. Discontinue use if discomfort occurs.
- Avoid contact with mucous membranes.
- Not to be used on frostbite, moles, scars, or damaged skin.
- If contents contact eyes, rinse with water for 15 minutes and seek medical assistance.
- Do not ingest or place Hotteeze in the mouth.
- Avoid using while sleeping, exercising, or near heat sources.
- Do not microwave or attempt to reheat. Do not shake or puncture Hotteeze.
- Observe the use-by date on the side of the package.
- Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
- Disposal: After use, allow to cool and dispose of in non-combustible rubbish. The contents can also be used as a soil conditioner.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
