Directions for Use

Before use, please refer to the full instructions included with the product.

To activate, open the packet and expose the pad to air. Peel off the backing and place the adhesive side of the pad on the outside of your sock, beneath your toes. Ensure you wear shoes while using the pad. The heat will develop gradually. Remove gently after use.

Storage & Warnings

  • Not recommended for individuals with limited physical, sensory, or mental abilities unless supervised.
  • Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, diabetic, or have circulatory or nervous system disorders.
  • Do not apply directly on skin; use only over socks. Extra caution is advised with thin socks or stockings.
  • Only use inside shoes to prevent slipping and excessive temperature increase.
  • Avoid tight shoes, as Hotteeze need oxygen to function properly.
  • Check skin regularly for signs of overheating or discomfort. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
  • Do not apply to areas with frostbite, moles, scars, or sensitive/inflamed skin.
  • If contents come into contact with eyes, rinse with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice.
  • In case of ingestion, rinse mouth and consult a doctor or veterinarian.
  • Avoid using while sleeping, exercising, or near heat sources.
  • Do not microwave or attempt to reheat. Do not shake or perforate.
  • Observe the use-by date on the packaging.
  • Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
  • Disposal: Once cooled, dispose of in non-combustible rubbish or use contents as a soil conditioner in your garden.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
