Directions for Use
Microwave Heating Instructions
All microwaves can vary in power and heating time. Please follow these guidelines:
- Locate the silicone bead insert at the bottom of the HOT+PET.
- Place the silicone bead insert flat on the microwave turntable, ensuring it does not touch the sides.
- For an 850-watt microwave, heat on high for 30 seconds; adjust time for different wattages.
- Allow the insert to stand for 1 minute to test the heat. Do not handle with bare hands; use a towel to check the temperature.
- Gently knead the silicone bead insert to distribute the heat, and test on your forearm before applying to other body parts.
- If needed, reheat in increments of 10-20 seconds, allowing it to stand for 10 seconds in between tests. Repeat until the desired warmth is achieved.
- Once ready, insert the heated bead into the cover.
- Record the heating time for future reference.
Washing Instructions
Remove the silicone bead insert from the plush animal before washing. Do not wash the plush animal with the insert inside. Hand wash separately in cold water with similar colors. Avoid soaking, tumble drying, or dry cleaning.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
