Directions for Use
Hand Warmer: Open the sachet and remove the warmer. Shake gently to activate. Do not open the outer package until you are ready to use it. The heat lasts up to 10 hours. If the heat decreases, expose the warmer to air and shake.
Body Warmer: Open the sachet and remove the warmer without shaking. Do not open the outer package until you are ready to use it. Peel away the paper backing and adhere the warmer to the outside of your clothing. The heat lasts up to 10 hours.
Storage & Warnings
Hand Warmer: Burn hazard. Low-temperature burns may occur with prolonged contact. Remove immediately if the warmer feels too hot or uncomfortable. Check skin surroundings every hour during continuous use.
- DO NOT USE on any area other than the palms.
- DO NOT USE while sleeping.
- DO NOT USE with other heating devices.
- DO NOT USE on infants or individuals who cannot remove the warmer themselves.
- DO NOT USE in pants pockets or with additional pressure.
- DO NOT USE for longer than the stated time.
Supervision is required for elderly individuals, children, and those with sensitive skin. Consult a physician or pharmacist if you have circulatory issues or cannot feel heat. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes or mouth. In case of contact with eyes, flush thoroughly with clean water. If ingested, seek medical attention due to iron powder content.
Each warmer is single-use; dispose of after use and check the expiry date. Use with caution, as temperatures can be high when used indoors.
Body Warmer: Similar burn hazards apply. Direct skin contact should only occur on the palms of the hands. Avoid extended use in the same area, and remove if it becomes uncomfortably hot. Follow the same precautions as listed for hand warmers regarding use on infants, sensitive skin, and other considerations.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
