Directions for Use
- Open the sachet and remove the warmer.
- Do not open the outer package until you are ready to use it.
- Peel away the paper backing and adhere the warmer directly to the bottom of your sock. DO NOT PLACE ON SKIN, BETWEEN LAYERS OF SOCKS, OR ON TOP OF TOE/SOCK.
- The heat lasts up to 8 hours, depending on usage conditions.
- Warmers are intended for use in shoes or boots where air flow is restricted.
Storage & Warnings
Burn Hazard: Low temperature burns may occur from prolonged contact with a heating element warmer than body temperature, potentially without symptoms. If the warmer feels too hot or uncomfortable, remove it immediately. Check your skin approximately once per hour if using continuously in one place.
- DO NOT USE:
- Directly on the skin.
- On any body part other than the bottom of the foot.
- While sleeping.
- With other heating devices.
- More than one warmer per foot.
- Without wearing shoes.
- On infants, the elderly, or those unable to remove the warmer themselves.
- With sandals or ventilated footwear, as this may cause overheating.
- During intense or vigorous exercise.
- For longer than the stated duration.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes or mouth. If contact occurs, flush with clean water. If ingested, consult a doctor or pharmacist, as it contains iron powder, which can be harmful if swallowed. Use only as directed and do not microwave or attempt to reheat the warmer.
Other Precautions: To prevent clothing damage, remove the warmer by placing your fingers between the toe warmer and the sock and peeling off slowly. The warmer may lose shape or tear due to usage conditions, which may stain the inside of shoes. Re-application can reduce adhesive performance. Please use before the expiration date.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
