Directions for Use
Open the sachet and remove the warmer. Shake to activate. Do not open the outer package until you are ready to use it. The heat lasts up to 10 hours*. If the heat decreases, expose the warmer to air and shake.
Storage & Warnings
Burn hazard: There is a risk of low-temperature burns. Symptoms may include redness or blisters due to prolonged contact with a heating element that is warmer than body temperature. Remove the warmer immediately if it becomes too hot or uncomfortable.
- Do not use on any part of the body other than the palms.
- Do not use while sleeping.
- Avoid use with other heating devices.
- Not suitable for infants or individuals who cannot remove the warmer by themselves.
- Avoid placing in pants pockets.
- Do not apply additional pressure, such as lying or sitting on the warmer.
- Do not use for longer than the specified duration.
Careful supervision is required for use by the elderly, children, the handicapped, and those with sensitive skin. Consult a physician or pharmacist before use if you have difficulty feeling heat or have circulatory issues such as diabetes, as this may increase the risk of burns.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
