Directions for Use
Open the sachet and remove the warmer. Shake to activate. Do not open the outer package until you are ready to use it. The heat lasts up to 10 hours. If heat decreases, expose the warmer to air and shake.
Storage & Warnings
Burn Hazard: Low temperature burns can occur with prolonged contact with a heating element that is warmer than body temperature. Symptoms may include redness and blisters. Remove the warmer immediately if it feels too hot or uncomfortable. Check your skin every hour if used continuously in one spot.
Do Not Use:
- On any body part other than the palms.
- While sleeping.
- With other heating devices.
- On infants or individuals unable to remove the warmer independently.
- In pants pockets.
- Under additional pressure (e.g., lying or sitting on the warmer).
- For longer than the stated duration.
Careful supervision is required when used by the elderly, children, persons with disabilities, and those with sensitive skin. Consult a physician or pharmacist prior to use if you have difficulty feeling heat or have circulatory issues (e.g., diabetes) due to the risk of burns.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes or mouth. If contact occurs, flush thoroughly with clean water. If ingested, consult a doctor or pharmacist as it contains iron powder, which can be harmful if swallowed. For human use only. Use as directed. Do not microwave.
Other Precautions:
- Do not cut, puncture, or tear the warmer. Each warmer is for single use only; dispose of after use. Use before the expiry date.
- Exercise caution, as the temperature may become quite high when using indoors.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
