Cura-Heat Direct to Skin Neck & Shoulder Pain consists of air-activated heat patches that offer warming relief for minor muscular, joint, and abdominal aches and pains. These patches provide penetrating heat to the source of discomfort, helping to reduce stiffness, enhance mobility, and relax tense muscles.
The heat action lasts for up to 8 hours, and pain relief may continue for an additional 8 hours after removal, offering a total of up to 16 hours of relief, depending on usage conditions.

Directions for Use
Ensure that the skin is dry and clean. Remove the patch from the sachet, peel off the protective film, and apply the adhesive side of the patch directly to the skin over the painful area. The patch will generate heat upon exposure to air. Do not open the sachet until you are ready to apply the patch. After use, gently peel off the patch and dispose of it properly.

- Do not use on infants, small children, or individuals with certain medical conditions, including frostbite, diabetes, circulatory issues, or nerve damage.
- Avoid using on scars, open wounds, desensitized skin, bruising, or inflamed areas.
- Exercise caution to prevent low temperature burns; check the skin regularly and remove the patch if it becomes uncomfortably hot.
- Keep out of reach of children.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage
