Directions for Use
1. Before using, charge the device by plugging the adapter cord into the port on the bottom of the handle, then connect to a power outlet. It takes 4.5 hours to fully charge, and the device will last up to 4 hours.
2. Once charged, turn the unit on using the switch located at the bottom.
3. Use the “+” and “-” controls on the touch screen to select your desired intensity.
4. Position the massage head on the muscle you wish to target, using the appropriate attachment as indicated in the user manual.
5. After your massage, switch off the device and store it in its case.
Note: Do not use the device on sensitive areas, and avoid sessions longer than 15 minutes to prevent overheating. The unit has a 15-minute auto-off feature for safety. Remove the protective plastic film from the LCD screen before use.
Storage & Warnings
Store the device in a cool, dry place and avoid hanging it by the power cord. All servicing should be performed by authorized personnel only.

To minimize the risk of burns, electric shock, fire, or injury:
- Do not leave the appliance unattended while plugged in.
- Close supervision is necessary when used by or near children or individuals with disabilities.
- Only use for its intended purpose, and do not use attachments not recommended by HoMedics.

- Not recommended for individuals with diabetes or those with limited physical capabilities.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
