Directions for Use
Before using the massager, it may require charging. Follow these steps:
- Connect the adapter cord to the port on the bottom of the handle and plug it into a power outlet. Charge for 3.5 hours for a full charge, which lasts 2-3 hours.
- The massager will not turn on while charging. The battery is fully charged when the readout shows “99.”
- Turn on the unit by moving the switch on the bottom to the 'on' position.
- Use the “+” and “-” controls on the touch screen to select from 30 different speeds/intensities.
- Apply the appropriate attachment to the desired muscle for massage.
- Turn off the unit after use and store it in its case.
Note: Avoid using the massager for more than 15 minutes at a time to prevent overheating. The unit features a 15-minute auto-off function for safety.
Before use, remove the protective film from the LCD screen.
Storage & Warnings
To store the unit:
- Keep it in its box or a cool, dry place.
Warnings:
- Never leave the appliance unattended when plugged in.
- Use only for its intended purpose as described in the manual.
- Do not use attachments not recommended by Homedics.
- Avoid operating the massager if it is damaged or malfunctioning.
- Keep the cord away from heated surfaces and ensure air openings are free from obstruction.
- Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or have health concerns.
- This product is not recommended for individuals with diabetes.
- Do not operate in close proximity to loose clothing, in bed, or outdoors.
- Children should be supervised while using the appliance.
- Do not use on swollen or inflamed areas, or as a substitute for medical care.
- Extensive use may lead to overheating; allow the unit to cool if this occurs.
The appliance is intended for household use only and features a non-replaceable lithium-ion battery. Please dispose of it according to local regulations.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
