It is powered by a universal controller, compatible with all Homedics Modulair compression wraps, including those for the foot, knee, and wrist, and features a runtime of up to 5 hours.

Directions for Use
To utilize the Modulair system:
- Charge the universal controller by connecting the USB cord to the unit and a USB adapter. The controller will be fully charged in 5 hours, providing up to 5 hours of use.
- The compression wrap can be used on either side of the body.
- Adjust the wrap with the fastening tape for a snug but comfortable fit, ensuring it is not overtightened.
- Connect the controller to the wrap until it clicks into place.
- Press the power button to turn on the unit; the display will illuminate to indicate it is activated.
- Select a massage mode by pressing the “MODE” button. Use the “HEAT” button to adjust heat levels and the “INTENSITY” button to modify compression intensity.
- The unit will automatically turn off after 15 minutes of use.
CAUTION: Remain seated while using the massager to avoid injury.

Allow the product to cool down before storing it in its box or a safe, dry place. Keep it away from sharp objects that could damage the fabric. Do not wrap the USB cable around the appliance or hang it by the USB cable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
