Directions for Use
Important Safety Instructions
Instructions for Cold Therapy:
- Keep the gel sleeve inside the supplied bag and place it in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, remove the sleeve from the freezer and the bag. Test the temperature; if too cold, let it sit at room temperature until comfortable.
Instructions for Hot Therapy:
- Ensure the product is at room temperature before microwaving. Remove the gel sleeve from the sealed bag.
- Microwave for 30 seconds and test for comfort. If too hot, allow to cool to the desired temperature. If not warm enough, reheat in 10-second intervals until comfortable. Flip the sleeve and reheat for an additional 10 seconds if the heat feels uneven.
Always keep your gel sleeve in the protective sealed bag when not in use or while in the freezer. Remove the sleeve from the bag when microwaving.
Storage & Warnings
Care Instructions: Wipe with a damp cloth and lay flat to air dry. Do not machine wash, bleach, dry clean, iron, or get wet.
If the inner gel contacts your eyes, flush thoroughly with water and contact your healthcare provider. If you experience an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult your General Practitioner.
Use only as directed. Consult your General Practitioner prior to use if you have health concerns. Do not use if the product is too hot or too cold, if there are tears in the outer lining, or if the sleeve is leaking gel or crystals. Avoid using on infected skin or open wounds, and ensure the sleeve is used on dry skin only.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
