Directions for Use
Please read the full Instructions for Use provided with the product before using. Follow these steps:
- Press the power button for 2 seconds to turn the Pulse Oximeter on.
- Open the clamp and place one finger into the rubber hole of the Pulse Oximeter, ensuring the nail surface is facing upward. Then, release the clamp to close.
- Wait a few seconds for the reading to be displayed.
Always read the label and adhere to the directions for use.
Storage & Warnings
Please read all safety warnings provided with the product before use:
- Prolonged use may require changing the sensor site periodically. Check skin integrity, circulatory status, and correct alignment at least every 2 hours.
- SpO2 measurements may be affected by high ambient light; shield the sensor area if necessary.
- Interference with testing accuracy may occur due to:
- High-frequency electrosurgical equipment
- Placement of the sensor on an extremity with a blood pressure cuff, arterial catheter, or intravascular line
- Patients with hypotension, severe vasoconstriction, severe anaemia, or hypothermia
- Patients in cardiac arrest or shock
- Fingernail polish or false fingernails may cause inaccurate SpO2 readings
- Keep out of reach of children due to small parts that may pose a choking hazard.
- The device is not suitable for children under 1 year old, as results may not be accurate.
- Avoid using mobile phones or devices that emit electromagnetic fields near the unit, as this may affect its operation.
- Do not use this monitor in areas with high-frequency surgical equipment, MRI equipment, CT scanners, or in flammable atmospheres.
- Follow battery instructions carefully.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
