Directions for Use

Please read the full Instructions for Use included with the product prior to use. Follow these guidelines for accurate measurements:

• Avoid bathing, consuming alcohol or caffeine, smoking, exercising, and eating for at least 30 minutes before measurement.
• Rest for at least 5 minutes before taking the measurement.
• Sit upright in a chair with your legs uncrossed and feet flat on the floor, ensuring your back and arm are supported.
• Remove any tight-fitting clothing from your arm; do not roll up a tight sleeve or place the cuff over thick clothing.
• Wrap the arm cuff firmly around your left upper arm, or refer to the instruction manual for right arm use.
• The bottom edge of the cuff should be 1 to 2 cm above your elbow, with the air tube aligned with your middle finger.
• Rest your arm on a table to keep the cuff at heart level.
• Ensure a secure connection between the air plug and cuff to the main unit.
• Remain still and do not speak during the measurement.
• Press the START/STOP button; the cuff will inflate and display the results in approximately 30-60 seconds.
• Your reading will automatically save in memory.

• Beware of strangulation risks from the air tube or AC adapter cable.
• Keep out of reach of children; contains small parts that could pose a choking hazard.
• Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience skin irritation or discomfort.
• Only use the approved arm cuff for this unit, as others may lead to inaccurate results.
• Avoid using electronic devices that emit electromagnetic fields near the monitor.
• Do not use with other medical electrical equipment simultaneously.
• Avoid using the monitor in areas with high-frequency surgical equipment, MRI machines, or in oxygen-rich environments.
• Follow battery or AC adapter instructions carefully.
