General Information

Before using the Happy Sleep device, ensure your teeth are thoroughly brushed. This device is intended for personal use only and should not be shared, especially with children. For optimal results, it is recommended to sleep on your side. If you experience discomfort or soreness, please consult a dental practitioner.

The Happy Sleep device should be cleaned before each use. Submerge it in a container filled with clean, cold water and a denture cleansing tablet, such as Steradent™, for a maximum of 3 minutes to prevent material damage. After cleaning, rinse the device thoroughly with clean, cold water. Avoid using alcohol-based cleansing tablets, and do not use toothpaste or a toothbrush for cleaning. Additionally, do not expose the device to hot water, harsh chemicals, or household cleaning products.

After cleaning, dry the device with a clean towel and store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in its provided container. Keep it out of reach of children and pets. Always attach the outer piece to the inner mouthpiece while in use. Regularly inspect the device for any signs of damage, such as tears, cracks, or discoloration, and contact the manufacturer if any issues are found. The device should not be exposed to direct sunlight and is designed for up to 12 months of use. If it becomes damaged or no longer needed, return it to the manufacturer. Before sleeping with the device, test it in your mouth to ensure proper fit.

Directions for Use

  1. Clean your teeth before using the device.
  2. Remove the device from its container, ensuring all components are included.
  3. Inspect the device for any signs of damage or obstructions. Contact the manufacturer if any issues are present.
  4. Place the device in its storage container, fill with clean, cold water, and add a denture cleansing tablet like Steradent™ for up to 3 minutes.
  5. Rinse the device and storage container thoroughly with clean, cold water.
  6. If the device is not assembled, attach the outer piece to the inner piece. Flip the outer piece away from your mouth and place the inner mouthpiece in your mouth with the V-shaped indent facing upwards.
  7. Ensure the inner mouthpiece fits snugly against your teeth and gums, causing no discomfort. Allow the outer piece to snap back into place.

Storage & Warnings

Do not use the Happy Sleep device without consulting a licensed medical or dental practitioner if you have any of the following conditions:

  • Mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea
  • Central sleep apnea
  • History of Temporomandibular Joint Disorder (TMD)
  • Mobile teeth or crowns
  • Dental implants fitted within the past year
  • Periodontitis or abscesses
  • Under the age of 18
  • History of chronic asthma, emphysema, or respiratory disorders
  • Material allergies
  • Pre-existing gum disease
  • Physical or psychological difficulties, unless supervised by a caretaker

Returns & Refunds

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
