Shipping Information
We offer flat rate shipping across Australia for deliveries to home or business addresses. We use Australia Post, Startrack Express, Couriers Please, and Aramex for order delivery. An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your item is dispatched.
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Standard delivery times are 1 business day for local deliveries in Victoria and 3-5 business days for other states to major cities, with additional time for rural areas.
Please note that we do not ship on public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday.
Returns
If you encounter an issue with your product, please contact us for assistance with the return process. We will assess your situation and provide instructions if a return is applicable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.
For change of mind returns, items must be returned within 30 days, in unused condition, and in resalable packaging. Note that returns for in-ear headphones are not accepted due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Grocery items
- Undergarments
- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
